Rules have changed, lack of investment

You used to be able to scour the country for talent, now you have a catchment area to stick to unless it's outside your own country or you pay a fee to another club. The academy was also woefully underfunded for years, I feel that the changes made last summer will bear sweet tasting fruit in a few years time
