What I find hard to believe

What I find hard to believe
is the number of regular fans (i.e people who have actually watched games week in week out for a couple of years) who still think Worthington should be given more time. Please, please stop living in a dream world! We have witnessed about 40 games in the last couple of seasons that have shown complete tactical ineptitude. He simply cannot motivate a team. I've seen non-league teams in the Cup make more of an impression against some Premiership teams than we did away from home last year.
What's worse is his signings. If you take away the loans in the promotion year (and Ashton, Francis, Safri, Edworthy-who's never been replaced-and maybe Leon) his transfer activity shows clearly that another failing is his own inability to spot a player and/or the scouts he puts his faith in. We've had Hughes, Briggs, Thorne, Doherty, Hammond, Jarrett, Jonson, Helveg, Charlton, Abbey, gallacher, Brennan, Easton etc etc.
It just isn't funny anymore. We're all realising that we've been foolish ourselves in thinking he was any good.
I find his arrogance in interviews at the moment especially unpleasant.
