My point is
You've got to give the man a chance. It takes time to do things your own way and fill a big pair of boots. I am sure he will pull it around, but fans booing at the home games and posting sacking related messages does nothing to help.
Wigan did 8 consecutive losses last season and stayed up with a squad arguably thinner and worse than ours. Get the team spirit right, find the right mix on the field of characters and formation and we'll start to pick up points. He's got to do it his way though and not try to emulate what went before too closely IMHO.
