First 2 months I did this, there was no treat day/weekend

I just wanted to see if I could do it, and stick to it

Now I have, I've added them in. I've practically lost bugger all in the last 3 weeks, but I've put nothing on either. Weirdly in the middle of that, I've also pierced another hole in the belt (mines on 8 notches lost, you'll catch me up soon)

I guess I'm toning up now, rather than just numbers decreasing
