I wrote a 1000 word suggestion to NCFC last season

Email not acknowledged for a while and then only when I'd mentioned it on a message board. I was thanked for my constructive suggestion then it was ignored.

In a forum I was at a few months ago Chris Bailey admitted that even last season they didn't record who went to away games, and only noted the main applicant.

Amazingly they seemed more interested in collecting personal data and email addresses which they could use for a profit (if'd we'd not ticked the right box) as opposed to recording who had actually been to away games.

At last they are doing something but far far too late.
