Pyscho praises Norwich and Costa del Colney facilities

Meanwhile, Pearce has praised the facilities at Norwich City's Colney training ground and hopes to replicate their previous successes at Carrow Road.
Pearce's side overcame Romania 2-1 at the ground to qualify for Euro 2011 and also beat Slovakia 5-0 there in a friendly in 2007.
"When we were asked a year ago 'if you get to the play-offs where do you want to play?' This name came up straight away," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"We want to come back to Norwich because the two times we've been here previously have been a sell out.
"The result against Romania was fantastic. It doesn't come any better than here at under-21 level."
