Thats true but there is plenty of young labs in Norfolk and Suffolk to work with..

I think that it's down to a number of factors:

1) A manager that doesn't give youth a chance or would rather play other clubs youth players on loan.
2) Until last season our youth players weren't playing in the Premiership youth leagues.
3) Our scouts aren't good enough.
4) Your coaches aren't good enough.
