You also can't underestimate the lift that signing Huckerby had on the whole club.

Worthington deserves credit for that season but you can't base a career on blind luck or hope to sign a player like Huckerby every year.

Worthington has been found out now he has to rely on his tactical ability and shrewd signings (or lack of).
