I have just checked the Use By dates on my condiments. Lemon Juice - 2 years out of date. Mustard - 9 months. Wuzzy Sauce - four years. Salad Cream - only since July.

I've been using these things. Obviously, not often, but there you go.

(No, ladies, I *have* thrown them out now)
(apart from the mustard, cos that'll be fine for a while yet)
