and not believed in our players as much as Lambert did. Or at least how he's talked suggests he doesn't.

As for the problem(s)...

1. Fox... Why is he not involved at all? Clearly missing his composure on ball and switching of play.

2. Johnson/Howson... Both giving ball away too much for central midfielders. Howson has looked poor this season, but has been played too defensively.

3. Turner. No more needs to be said. Although it's not just him. Our defence do not look gelled together at all.
