What I want to know is if all (or at least most) of the supporters can see this, why can't the manager?

How many of us would have still had Holt playing ahead of Safri after seeing him be totally out of his depth in about 30 prem games? It took Worthy 30 games but I think the majority of supporters would have made that change a lot sooner - who knows what might have happened if we had hit the Safri-inspired run of form a bit earlier.
