and had a few seasons of overachievement or a style of management suited to getting the best out of a particular group of players or got lucky with loan signings.
Whatever he had that got us promoted and repaired the Hamilton mistakes (thanks for that), he hasn't got it any more. This is a different situation to when he first took over and then got us promoted and we need a different approach to get us out of it this time.
