I messed up some direct debits and have been trying to get to the bank for 3weeks now, but I can't leave my room and I'd been charged 180 pounds because I didnt change the direct debit, couldnt even do it online. Tried so many times to leave the house but the control won't let me. My father came back from Italy, on the phone, natwest paid it all back and ?20 credit as I'd tried to explain why I couldnt go but had phoned time and time again but they couldn't undersand me. Bad timing dad being away really but he was explaining to them and they were understanding. Some people understand even in business the illness. I hate the illness.
