Garrido's first bad show for us

Him and Bassong are huge additions to the squad for me but Javier had a stinker yesterday.

Still and all I'd prefer he has his stinkers against top sides - yes they still are - than against the sides we need to be beating.

As I said yesterday the first third of the season is the hardest for us fixture wise; second third is easier and third third easier again.

I reckon we'll be OK, but not by much, on what I've seen so far. Hoots always takes some time to bed in and that's been a consistent thing with him everywhere he's been. Squad confidence has got to be an issue just now though and he needs to deal with it somehow or other.
