Calderwood and tactics

I have never rated this guy as a manger. He famously played Holt as a winger and I really think we're missing Culvo's training an preparation. Every game last season except probably Sunderland away, we went into games looking like we had a gameplan of how to hurt the opposition.

Now we just seem to have a plan of how to stop them which isn't f**king working.

How many times did we let Reina just roll it out to Agger or Allen? Anyone who's seen Liverpool play would know they'll do this so just mark them! The few times they had to go long we won back the ball easily.
