and we decided then that the football just got in the way of a day out on the piss with your mates, it was becoming more of a distraction.

Now it's an annoyance, ticket prices, stewarding etc have pretty much ruined the 'match day experience' - but we don't complain about the beer prices going up.

Ergo: you have to be pissed to watch Chelsea or Norwich.

We're all living in a Fleck wonderland.......(still gets sung now, very rarely, but always raises a smile)
