that had that been not Surman but a Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal player in a home game he would have given a penalty. I've refereed a lot. I can rarely remember ever being certain a challenge like that was ON THE LINE.

I think he was guessing and got lucky, I really do.

But if everybody thinks it was a brilliant decision then fair enough.
