It's so obvious that he won't, and the board don't have the collective will to sack him.
Something I have never understood about football management; I do a s**tload of things at work, and I do them well to earn my (modest) salary. If I made an absolute balls of it week after week, I would be sacked. So why doesn't it work that way in Football?
