OK here you go...
If you're driving, the stadium is about 400-500 yards off the motorway. There is parking but away fans get shoved at the back of the car park and it takes ages to get out. It's an out of town stadium so there's not an awful lot of on street parking.
In terms of the train, the station is quite a way from the stadium. They do lay on buses for the rugby (London irish) games which takes about 10-15 minutes but I don't know about footie (I don't go to Reading games, obviously). However, while you're waiting for the bus, there's a huge pub right outside the station and next to the bus stop.
Hope that helps.
