What I know is...
Jobs are going in every NHS region before April 2013 as the govt are merging some services and jobs (creating bigger regions).
If the Tories win the next General Election then expect to:
1. Go to a GP practice (to be owned by an insurance company).
2. The GP Practice will be given rewards by the govt not to refer you to a hospital.
3. If the GP does refer you, then it will likely be to a Private Health Company (owned by the insurance company that owns the GP Practice).
4. Some treatments won't be covered on the NHS and you will have to pay extra or go without.
5. GP Practices (to be owned by Health Insurance companies) will offer health insurance policies to patients to cover treatments that won't be covered.
These things have already started, but it will become the norm.
