Guy promoting the academy jackpot was in there trying to tell me how it funded the youth team.

I was fine with it til he was like "As you know, Man Utd have a great youth academy, with players like Wayne Rooney coming through it and staying there". I kept schtum but was like seriously? How little do you know about football?!! My other half even knew he came from Everton and she's really not a big footy fan!!

Might tweet McNally about it! Doesn't really help promote our academy when those promoting it know f*** all about football!
