if you do that.....

with the intention of building a "lads den" - dart board, sat tv, beer fridge, sofa, stash of porn..... then you run the risk of having your very dreams ripped up in front of your eyes when the missus takes over and you find it full of gardening s**te, a rabbit hutch, loads and loads of spare plant pots, bags of soil/manure and so much gardening junk thast will never move but is not allowed to be thrown out. I know this.
