It would look totally different if football was ever played there

They would basically have to rip it up and start again. It's not been designed as a football stadium. For example there aren't really any concourse areas. Also I'm pretty sure even if they moved the running track right to the edge, there wouldn't be enough room to get a football pitch in the middle
