if everyone in it was playing as well as they can (and right now none of them are anywhere near) and the Prem team was playing very badly (like Birmingham). So theoretically yes, but in practivce on any particular day it isn't very likely (and most Championship teams could say the same - after all look at Grimsby beating Tottenham)
