had of been products of the Ipswich academy they would all be regulars in the scum side by now, progressing nicely and establishing themselves. Getting used to the physical side of teh game and developing into quality players. This will never happen under WOrthy he prefers has beens/never gonna bes who have the commitment but cant play football. This must demoralise these lads when they see some of the second rate players playing in front of them currently. If you are good enough you are old enough. While Worthy is in charge of the club we might aswell knock the academy down. Youngsters are gonna see that they are gonna get better opportunities elsewhere and start turning down the chance of joining the club.
