My Norwich cellar (brick built foilage-covered Anderson shelter, space for a couple of hundred bottles) is coming together; Cellar D'or on St Giles very knowledgable but don't have a list.
Peter Graham wines very good too.
For immediate drinking I still don't think you can beat Oddbins.....
