Tottingham Today
Another trip to London Town from the North West for us today and after the Fulham game there was an element of anxiety. Our journey to Tottenham was slightly disrupted to avoid some EDL halfwits at Euston, but after a stroll down Tottenham High Road we got to White Hart Lane.
In the lower tier, good catering, and even at the back a good view. The segregation was rather poor though.
Our performance, to a man was excellent. Everyone worked hard, closed Spurs down and so many chances. Were it not for Friedel we'd have scored several. Liked Garrido, he looks like class, Snod, a top game and the centre half partnership was very solid. Bradley Johnson had a good game too (just keep the ball down when you shoot).
All in all, very pleased. Lambert's gone but with Hughton there's still the commitment, he's added tactical nouse, and with that, we looked a very good side today.
