Could anyone explain/put in context the Fulham result for me? Why were we so scarily

rubbish on that day? Wrong team? Formation? Too hot? Not ready for the season? Fulham really were that good? Something else?

I shut it all out at the time as my way of coping and pretended the season started last week so I'm interested in hearing some views.

I thought we were great vs QPR and delighted with today's result. Can I put down the fulham game as a blip?
