Any club that goes into administration should suffer significant punishment. If it's outside the season the re-formed club should be relegated by say, two divisions. If it's during the playing season they should be prevented from competing at all. Results cancelled (I know lots will come up with this that and the other excuse for not doing this) it may cause a lot of dissaray for a season or two until clubs, their owners and directors come to realise that they just cannot go into receivership for convenience sake.Clubs suspended from completing their fixtures die to going into administration should re-apply to join the leauge the following season.
