Providing the 2x defensive midfielders are disciplined, there's no reason why that formation shouldn't see us amongst the goals, especially as it should see the crosses going in-with Howson (or Butterfield/Wes) playing just behind the main striker.

Look at it that way- 4-2-1-3 and it suddenly looks very attack minded.
