My comments come less from the heart than they do from the grey matter.

The West Midlands is contracting both population and economy wise. The East of England now has a larger population and is the fastest expanding economy in England. It's by no means a foregone conclusion but; the potential for NCFC is far more positive than it is for AV. I accept that none of the foregoing guarantee anything but the indicators are for sure not in AV's favour. Brum are in steep decline, no obvious way out for them. It is more likely, looking at the indicators, that Norwich will be bigger than AV in the very near future.
Nothing's certain or guaranteed, just weighing up the parameters.
