Don't agree with any of that, personally

1. Directors' comments at the end of the season. They'd be pretty foolish to say 'biggest budget ever', then not follow though with that promise.

2. Lambert's comments after he left. He said it 'wasn't budget related'. He didn't have to say that. He could have said nothing. Like he did when asked if he would commit to us.

3. What money have we spent post Fulham that wasn't already planned? Number 5 was vacant. Bassong himself said on the radio that the move had been weeks in planning. So we've signed Tettey since. All the other signings were before Fulham.
