I shared a student flat with a French bloke from Rennes

He complained to me that English orange juice wasn't as nice as he gets in France. I then noticed that he had been drinking Robisions orange squash undiluted.

Everyday for weeks he ate plain pasta with butter. He then said to me how bad English butter is... I then noticed that he had been using melted lard on his plain pasta and not butter...

The next day he had a pizza for a change... one from Farmfoods that had baked beans on top. He thought that all English pizzas are normally like that.

It might help might explain why the French think English food is bad.
