Had the McAfee problem yesterday (you can get tablets I'm told) which if you haven't heard was caused by one of their own updates which stopped access to the Internet for people with Virgin as their Internet Provider. Wankers.
Had to phone them which took 25 mins to get a human from India. Said follow the instructions on an email he'd send. Reminded him that due to their cock up I couldn't see any frigging emails. Wankers.
Sent it to a works email so I could print the solution and go home to try it. Had to uninstall the complete McAfee package and then go onto their website to download the package again. Wankers.
Got on the site nervously as at that point had no protection only to find you had to purchase the frigging package again. Wankers.
Downloaded Microsoft free protection immediately just to give some comfort. Warning......beware of McAfee!!!!!!!! Oh, and not an apology on the website or in person. Wankers.
So, question is who to use in place of McAfee?
I will be asking for my subscription back.
