That "management team" has worried me from the start as well
Two failed lower league managers who you don't tend to hear great things about.
On your main point though I agree. I think that's why so many fans are so worried. It's not like our squad has been decimated over the summed. It's basically the same players but the style and manner of the performance was so different. That formation might work with different players but we haven't got time to wait.
