It may be the biggest transfer / wage budget in Club's history but ...

I suspect the guarantees that McNally / Bowkett gave the banks kept us out of administration and until they are met the Club will be working on a restricted budget.

Even though the rewards for survival this year are huge, I suspect that guarantee cannot be broken.
