I'm alright thanks.

Tired and in a fair bit of pain, but managing to get a bit more sleep and recovering nicely. Itching to get back to London and start doing normal things like going to the football, which is great - I've got a ticket for the Fulham game which I think I'll be able to make, really looking forward to it.

Funnily enough, it's just round the corner from the hospital where I was ... !
