nope
Admittedly I am largely basing my suggestion on one appearance for the reserves but:
Despite Jimmy B being the captain and playing in defence, Shackell was running the defence and was easily the most vocal Norwich player
Last season, the defence looked much more organised when Shackell played and he was a vocal presnce then.
He may be young, but hes undeniably talented and he does seem to have a positive affect on the team.
He might go teh same way as drury if made captain, but I doubt it as he is so much more vocal to begin with. To me, lack of experience is his only major downfall so I see him becoming captain in a couple of seasons time (by which time Fleming will probably have retired, and certainly will not be first choice)
