on my mobile so not seen all the responses. I was going on holiday and realised the night before the day before that my passport had been stolen when we were burguled. the web site says not a chance of getting one in a day. this isn't true. London victoria is the place to go. turn up at 7 before they open. speak to whoever is not a nightmare jobs worth. if they are then phone head office and speak to someone who will give you an appointment. if they don't ring again until you speak with someone who will. persistence is the key. horrible day awaits you, but youll get there in the end.
