An objective way to measure Worthington's performance
At the start of the season our expectation was at least a play-off position. If sticking with Worthy is meant to improve things this should still be the target. A play-off spot normally requires 75-80 points. To do this we need to average 2 points per game from now.
So as to avoid knee jerk reactions his performance is measured at the end of each month. First review would be at the end of November, six games between now and then, so 12 points required, making a total of 28. If he falls 2 points or more short of the required total for any month he goes!
