It is a s**t competition but Champioship clubs shouldn't turn the back on it...

For Premiership clubs the League Cup isn't worth much but for side like Norwich a run in the League Cup can be worth good money.

Not many clubs take it seriously but those that do have a good chance of making the latter stages.
