It's not panic, it's dissapointment

We are under-performaning in quite a few events.

Their are people that have been touted as medal hopes that for whatever reason, haven't been able to get on the podium.

Yes, it's the Olympics, yes, it's difficult.

But, the expectation and the fact they have been touted as medal contenders hasn't come from a random bloke in a pub shouting up their chances. It's come from Team GB themselves- people methodically scanning the events to see our best chances of medals using lots of research.

No, I didn't think the world was going to stop training, but I did expect us to perform better than we currently have done.
