?As I said after the game we have got to get back to basics, get the old fashioned work-rate back into the system. I just want a good performance, a man's performance. I want it rough and ready. I want us to go into challenges, win them and then go out and play how we can do. It's not complicated. It has been in the coaching manuals for years - it's plain hard work.
