I am being thick?

PRIMUS. Just what we really need most at present!!!! Has Worthy never heard of midfielders, especially the variety that know how to pass the ball FORWARDS (as opposed to sideways - Hughes, Jarrett, Charlton, Robinson) and along the GROUND. We will end up with SEVEN potential centre-backs (Fleming, Shackell, Doc, Davenport, Charlton, Colin, Primus) competing for TWO potential places, yet we have NIL right sided midfielders, ONE creative midfielder (Safri) and ONE and a HALF (Ashton plus Jarvis if he is ever allowed to play) who know where the net is. I really really despair. Why don't we just get 11 hard working utility players and pack the penalty area because this will probably guarantee 46 points a season (i.e. 46 x 0-0 draws) plus we might actually win the odd one through Green punting the ball up in the air and catching the opposition goalie on the halfway line.
