That's Hugh Porter for whom foreign pronunciation is still not a recognisable concept
Until I watched some cycling 4 or 8 years ago, I thought that the practice of making no effort to learn how someone's name is pronounced had died out with the retirement of Brian Moore. Wrong: Monsieur Ug Poghtay (as I hope the French commentators refer to him) is still making no effort whatsoever. He says every name phonetically using English pronunciation.
Am I making too much of this? Maybe. But IMHO if someone is being paid to report on a sport one should not be too lazy to do it properly.
