I searched around for an hour or two last night looking for information on agents

in general & Jarrett in particular (saw that conviction for D&D). There seems to be very little about. While Proactive and Elite have web-sites of a sort neither of them seem to list players on their books. Which I find curious - you'd think they'd shout their star portfolio from the rooftops. Sports agencies seem to be shadowy organisations with an apparent natural inclination to secrecy. I suppose they put themselves about within the game and bombard boards, managers and coaches as they see fit. Various revelations of malpractice and even downright thuggery over the last several years suggest that agents are, indeed, one of football's dirty little secrets.

But hasn't Worthington in the past stated that he's not prepared to play the agents game though? Merely treating them as a necessary evil. Although presumably he has an agent himself that also has players on the books, so there is a conflict of interest there anyway - although that is the same as for every other manager in the league.

I suspect that Mr C is barking up the wrong tree; but I don't see why players agents can't be in the public domain - didn't even Man U published some figures of their agency dealings, at least for a short while? I can't see that the board could have any reason not to respond to a request from a shareholder as to the agents involved in recent transfers
