I see your point - but still think it's up to the SP's

to sort out - there's, what, 4 main SP's - so spread out at SB (I don't know capacity at FCR) that's 10,000 users on each, not all of which will be using their phones - surely it can't be that difficult to sort?

It doesn't affect the club, us not being able to use our phones - which is why I think it's for the SP's to sort - because it does affect them. I'm paying to use my phone anywhere I go.
