FAO Charles21
When looking for a mortgage check what their base rate is once the initial deal is over.
Some are set at a % above the BoE base rate - which can be good if you think the BoE rate will stay low. I think I'm paying 2% above the BoE base rate so I'm only paying 2.5%.
