They're designed REALLY REALLY WELL, but they're REALLY REALLY OVERPRICED.
If you were going to do something that Macs make easier (such as build iPhone apps) then yes. Otherwise, no, there's not much point. they're very nice, but they're not thousands of squids very nice.
