name something Worthy has done well in the past 14 months. The only thing I can think of is buying Ashton, but he has nullified that a bit by treating him as the "big" striker to hoof balls at that his long-ball ethos requires. Ashton flourished at Crewe because they kept the ball on the ground where he is at his best. I can name at least half a dozen things he has done which are bad, some of them SO bad as to be professionally negligent (the Holt/Safri thing, the Helveg thing, the Fleming thing, the Charlton fiasco we are currently enduring to name a few).
